YE5 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors
The YE5 series high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors are general-purpose enclosed squirrel-cage rotor motors,with efficiency indicators meeting the level 1 efficiency as specified in GB 18613~2020"Minimum Allowable Values of Energy Efficiency and Energy Efficiency Grades for Electric Motors".These products are widely used in various general mechanical equipment such as fans,pumps,compressors,and crushers,making them an ideal product for achieving energy saving and emission reduction in supporting host machines.
The power rating and mounting dimensions of the motors comply with IEC international standards.The motor casing has a protection level of IP55,a cooling method of IC411,and an operating mode of continuous duty(S1).The rated voltage of the motor is 380V,and the rated frequency is 50Hz.The motor operates at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;the ambient air temperature varies with the seasons but does not exceed 40℃at the highest and does not fall below-15℃at the lowest.
The motors can be derived and designed according to customer requirements:
1. Special requirements such as different voltage levels,different frequencies,double shaft extensions,dry(wet)tropical types,etc.;
2.It is possible to provide stator winding temperature measuring devices,temperature switches,heating devices,and bearing temperature measuring devices,etc.,as required.
