Introduction to YE4 Series Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor

   The YE4 series three-phase asynchronous motor is an energy-saving product compliant with the international IE4 ultra-high efficiency standard, mainly suitable for industrial drive, fans, water pumps, machine tools and other scenarios. It adopts F-class insulated windings and gray cast iron (HT250) frame, with an enclosure protection rating of IP55, enabling stable operation in environments ranging from -15℃ to 40℃. It is compatible with 380V three-phase power supply and 50/60Hz dual-frequency working conditions.   In terms of performance, it covers a power range of 0.75kW-315kW and a speed range of 750-3000r/min, with a power factor of 0.78-0.92 and a locked-rotor torque of ≥2.2 times the rated torque, featuring both high power and low energy consumption. Compared with ordinary motors, it has significantly improved energy efficiency, reducing long-term operating energy consumption. Meanwhile, its noise level is ≤75dB(A) and vibration level is ≤2.8mm/s, balancing quiet operation and stability, making it a preferred drive equipment for industrial energy-saving upgrading. .
